I am facing menstural irregularity with gap of 2 months since my 1st abortion in septmber 2019..i hve abdominal cramps 8 10 days before period bleeding stays for 2 or 3 days maximum...n i have painfulll mensturation for which i take ponstan 250 in starting 2 times n now guide me should i go for ultrasound abdomen in lockdown n what is treatment for abdomnl cramps .n bleeding for 2 days n painful mensturation?? thanks in advance
