If ur cycle i regular ... and u have good relationship with husbnd then just relax.... only take folic acid and if ur husbnd is smoker or any other medicines that he is taking... kindly have a look into it too... Maybe its him and Not you who needs to be treated. Good luck

In this regard i would say your family is right. There is no need of tests or medicine other than folic acid till one year of marriage , If there is no problem in meeting with husband. After one year b agar conceive na ho tou both husband and wife need a detailed workup.
