anyways increae ur fluid intake as dehydration is one of the leading cause of headache-esp when women r mensturating as blood loss is more in majority of women in first few days of their for time being u can take sum good pain might luck!!!

Dont have eye sight issue .fluid intake is is heavy during first 3 days hb is 11.3. panadol does not work

So increase ur fluid intake esp in first few days of ur cycles when bldg is try stronger painkiller like tab has caffein might help
