Talk to Gynecologist on Milk Drops From Right Breast
Asking For Self, Female 37, rawalpindi
2 years back I was having sore breasts before my periods so I had an ultraaound for breasts and the report was normal.
Now 2 days back I felt eczema on my right nipple. On pressing 3 drops of milk come out. Since then I am feeling no itching or eczema. I am feeling no lump, itching or pain in my breasts. I am not breastfeeding or pregnant. I have 2 kids.

Hi..so milk coming out when you aren’t breastfeeding is called galactorrhea.and occurs because of high prolactin levels.which also disturbs periods or may lead to absent periods. Get you serum prolactin checked, and update me about your menses history.

Well my menstrual cycle is 28 and some times 26 days long. I have late periods almost once in a year but never absent, flow is normal, no or little pain like normally women feel.
I had normal prolactin level 2 years back. But I'll repeat the test like you suggest.
2 years back I had this test because of few chin hairs and hair fall.
