Talk to Gynecologist on Milk Intake During Pregnancy

I am 16 week pregnant and Dr suggested to take milk. but the issue is fresh and pure not available in our area and I don't want to take risk of having milk mixed with chemicals etc. I want to ask which tetrapack milk I can use which is safe during pregnancy?

any brand wch is UHT treated...y fresh milk...if u hv ur own domesticated cow etc then thts safe to use...rest sources of fresh milk i dont trust...
