slam doctor.. attached is my ultrasound report.. I'm in 4th month of pregnancy... spotting and bleeding hy.. doc said oval neechy hy apki.. damage h is liy bleeding hy.. bedrest suggest ki.. medicine li hn lekin abhj tk wese e hy... today i learned that there are 4 grades of low lying placenta.. can you tell what grade this report showing... and what can i do to avoid this low lying position.. any exercise or something else.. jazakAllah

At 4 months we don’t categorize it in 4 types , we call it just low lying , secondly it cannot be treated by any exercise , sometimes as the pregnancy grows and uterus size increases it shifted upwards with growth of the uterus but sometimes it remains and we call it placenta previa after 20-24 weeks .
