Talk to Gynecologist on Miscarraige At 6.5 Weeks Gestation

It was my 2nd pregnancy At 25 july, I was 6w+3 days pregnant. later on Diagnosed with missed abortion on 10th August. On 17th august, I had tried for medical abortion. After a day, there were no gestational sac.. but endometrial thickness of 17mm, so dr suggested me DnC. After 3 days Consulted another dr. E T was 13mm that day so Again tried through medications.. After 10days I visited again but there is heterogenous mass of about 14mm. What should i do now? Is DnC is the only solution?

Dr Again suggested me to wait n use arthotec and antibiotics Flagyl and Doxycycline.
I don't want dnc actually.. Is there any way to avoid it?
