Folic acid and calcium supplements so that your body recovers quickly from the stress of going through a miscarriage. Also you should avoid intimacy until you get your first period and get clean. If you want to conceive again continue taking folic acid supplements. Avoid hard work and lifting weights for atleast the next 2 weeks. Wishing you all the best.
