Talk to Gynecologist on Miscarriage, Delay Periods, Early Pregnancy Or Else?

Assaloalaikum Doctors,

I have experienced miscarriage on 6th october and followed by DNC. It was a 8 weeks pregnancy.

Now its 16th November, 10 days above of my menstrual cycle but i haven't started periods. Following are the symptoms which I am facing now

1. Nausea in early morning 2. Transparent white discharge from vegina 3. White discharge in urine too 4. Anxiety in early morning 5. Mouth taste changes in early morning 6. Headache 7. No cramping in lower abdominal 8. Backbone pain 9. Loose motion in early morning 10. Sometimes blood pressure increases and max range is 140/100.

Beta HCG is negative, tested on 14th november.

Is it sign of early pregnancy? Is it problem of delayed periods? Or something else?
