Talk to Gynecologist on Miscarriage Of 1 Month Pregnancy

Hi,my wife have a miscarriage of a one month normal pregnancy, and we get gynecologist in Karachi, she done some treatments by ST Mom Tablets to bleed out periods and my wife get heavy bleeding around 7 days and then we get an ultrasound, in ultrasound we get some particulars, and now we move to our home in haripur, we cut out from our gynecologist kindly any gynae recommend me or any treatment to go out from this problem, we are very upset to handle this situation.. kindly anyone have a knowledge or treatment so tell us..
