Talk to Gynecologist on Miscarriage Post Affects?

I had a miscarriage this Tuesday. On day 1, large clots passed, but even now (day 6), I’m still passing small, smelly clots. I’ve had a trembling/shivering sensation inside my body for the past 2-3 days, especially at night, along with racing heartbeat when lying down. I feel lightheaded, have flu-like symptoms, and had a burning sensation while urinating recently. My appetite is poor (possibly due to iron supplements), and I haven’t had significant pelvic pain, but I feel weak. Should I start antibiotics now, or wait for my transvaginal scan in the morning? Attaching my last scan done before miscarriage.
