Early pregnancy (one month) miscarriage occured, and again after one month of miscarriage (before the next cycle) pregnancy is positive in strip. But the problem is there is unbearable pain in lower abdomen. Feel vomiting Legs pain Chest pain.

u can take tab.panadol and go for ultrasound pelvis
confirm pregnancy with ultrasound and then see gynecologist to evaluate pain especially chest pain (hopefully it is not breast tenderness because you clearly write chest pain)

Take simple pain killers, if it doesn't improve go to hospital
Do a scan .and if pain is strong go to hospital.
