Asking for Wife, Female, 32 years old, karachi

My wife had early pregnancy loss at 12 weeks with 7.3 weeks gestation.

Dr. gave her option to either choose medical management or dne and she choose to go with tablets.

She was told to take 3 tablets of 200 mcg each at first which she took day before yesterday in the evening and was told to later take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening for 3 days.

So far she has taken 9 tablets including 2 tablets she took this morning which is the 2nd day and feels she has cleaned up as she is no longer passing clots but just bleeding.

Would that be ok if she skip the 3rd day tablets or it is necessary to complete the course for whole 3 days?

if no bleeding and pain or passage of clots she can stop taking these tablets.
get her scan done after 10 days to rule out any retained products of conception
