Talk to Gynecologist on Missed Abortion (silent Misscariage)

I am married for last 3 years and i got pregnant 2 times in this duration but both times in first trimester i go through missed abortion due to lack of growth of fetus. I consulted many times and continously taking treatment and undergo through all tests and ultrasounds Alhamdulliah every thing is fine but no doctor tell me the actual reason of misscarige. I am afraid of this situation and have fear of being again pregnant. What should i do to have a healthy pregnancy?? Please recomend me any course or treatment

Recurrent miscarriages have special test and difficult to diagnose, you need to consult senior Gynaecologist who will investigate and give treatment accordingly. it can not be treated as you think. Tab folic 600mcg once a day continue, don't leave it. thanks
