Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Karachi
I'm married and my periods date is 6th of Feb but till now I don't have periods but I feel pain most of times in leg and some time full body...I want to ask is this missed cycle is sign of pregnency as I only feel pain in body or leg

- Dear have pregnacy test if comes positive can have then early dating scan also u can have now.
- have folic acid daily .
- complete check in any health issue u have .
- Recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
-have fefal vit or other iron supplements .
- do have plenty of fruits and vegetables in diet .
- daily basis walk for 20 mins .
