Thankyou all respected doctors for replying..yes i m married to my first cousin..blood pressure, sugar and thyroid are normal.. no screening and TORCH testing have been done..but i m rubella immuned

-It seems u need detailed Thrombophilia screen with in 8-12 wks of pregnancy, karyotyping of product of Conception and couple if previous one reports abnormal.
-have thyroid, blood pressure, suger checked and should be normal as any of these abnormalities could be cause of Miscarriage or congenital abnormality of fetus that results in miscarriage.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-Rubella status need to be checked and if no antibodies then better have immunization and will need to avoid Conception for 3 months post immunization.
-have folic acid 5 mgs daily.
-husband's general health also need attention, needto avoid recreational drugs like Coccaine, tobbacoo etc.
-in short one detailed Evaluation before Conception with senior obstetrician.
-u will need blood thinning medications in next pregnancy as soon as viability Confirms, better have Early booking with high risk pregnancy unit in tertiary care unit.

ok dear no need to worry-IA ethg ll b ok-1 miacarriage is though a big dilemma but experts dont take it as a big issue-as it cud b a sporadic event-u carry on wth ur folic acid-get ur TORCH profile and APLS ab done-IA giv it time-let ur body rest fr a while...u ll b fine...whom were u breast feeding when ur first baby gt aborted???...

may hoi thi 3 month rest liya then start planning for baby phir doctor se check up karwaya to pta chala ke beast feeding he isleye phir pregnancy nai horahi he phir doctor ne 2 month normen ka course karwaya lekin no improvement then doctor ne kaha brotin ka 2 month course karo lekin ise meri tabiyt bhot kharab hojati he isleye may ne nahi kya course

Dear u really need proper clinical evaluation by visiting obstetrician to identify cause and even if no cause found to treat recurrent pregnancy losses n kindly get this done before attempting next pregnancy. Measures will be adopted during pregnancy also to prevent pregnancy loss. Allah bless u.
