if Rubella positive-gt ur MMR vaccine-donot concieve 6 months post vaccination-continue on taking folic acid daily-
as ur blood group is negative so u ll b doing ur anti body titer-and then ur OBG ll advise u anti D inj dosage accordingly-

So positive rubella IGg test means that i need a vaccination? But my previous doctor said. That its normal report. .i m confused guide would be highly appreciated

Yes IgG positive means u r immune to the disease-u DONOT vaccination...

rubella is positive then u should have MMR vaccination done n after that practice contraception for 6 months..
n as your blood group is O tell me whether anti D was given to you after abortion or not??
plus you should go for coombs test in next it is negative then anti D will be given to you in next pregnancy at 28 n 34 weeks..n if coombs test is positive then anti D should not be fact anti D titer should be monitored 4 weekly.

thats go for coombs test in next pregnancy n furthur mangement will depend upon report of coombs test..
meanwhile keep on taking folic acid
