Talk to Gynecologist on Missed Or Irregular Periods

Aoa,I am looking for a suitable ans a medicine regarding missed or irregular periods.i frequently get periods on the last day of the month sometimes I don't get them it's been 2 months I haven't got periods last time I had periods in Feb.I am married for 4 years my husband moved abroad last year we haven't been together like ,there is no point of anything else.i am really worries about this periods problem kindly suggest a medicine to regulate periods for the time being. thnx.
