Talk to Gynecologist on Missed Period And Cramps

I have had unprotected sex but he pulled out after 3 to 4 days after my last period and now i have missed my period its been 1m 7days since i had my last period and have severe thigh and back pain, i have an issue of irregular period, is it possible to get pregnant in this situation?
