salam !! I didn't get my period for last month. It has been 40 days since I got periods. I also had missed period in the month of December, but then cycle was regular. I have no other symptoms of PCOS no unwanting hair growth, no acne and no weight gain. Doctor can you tell me what other causes can be for my missed period. thanks in advance
