Talk to Gynecologist on Missed Period Pi Kish Discharge

ASA, last month I got periods on 22 feb, I was expecting my periods thia month on 22 march, before it use to be 21 days cycle but from October after I had ectopic pregnancy and laprotomy of left tube my cycle is of 24 or 25 days... since 22 march I am having brownish discharge and from yesterday its pinkish watery, In January I had miscarriage too that was unexpected and unplanned that was miscarried in 6th week because of empty sac... I wanna ask is this normal to have this discharge am having back pain and legs cramp too and am scared coz of last experiences of ectopic pregnancy what should I do now??? Sometime I feel pain in my right side of stitches sides too
