Talk to Gynecologist on Missed Periods

Hello I always have regular periods, On dec 31,2024 i had all my test harmonal and tvs ,everthing was fine. This month i was due on 7th but didnt get periods.13 days late now Had heavy white discharge initially but now normal.no itching or burning or smell. Did two pregnancy test 4 days ago,both negative. Bit warm body,fatigued and sore body sometimes but then return to normal now

What are the chance of early pregnancy?
