Talk to Gynecologist on Missed Periods.

Aoa, My wife is 29 years old, and we have one baby boy who is 3 years old. She has always had regular menstrual cycles without delays or irregularities. However, this time her period is delayed by 15 days.

We have done multiple home urine pregnancy (stripe) tests, but all of them have shown negative results. Her last menstrual period (LMP) was on 17th July.

Could you please guide us on which tests we should do to confirm whether she is pregnant or if there could be any other reason for the delay?
