Talk to Gynecologist on Missed Periods

i got last period in September 2020 now i am getting white discharge from vagina, frequent urination , nuesea , lower abdominal cramps sometimes feel back pain , i have mood swings all the time and get tired after small work .i had urine test from hospital 3 days back but it was negative. doctor there gave me medicine and said eat it for 5 days and u will get periods. i didn't took that medicine. kindly guide me.
