i had a miscarriage on 6 july 2024.. i had to go through d&c and everything. after whole 10-14 days of bleeding till now i haven't got my periods. it's 4/September/2024 today but my periods are not here. what can be the reason. after miscarriage i had ultrasound which shows normal picture of everything. what can be the reason of this delay. i have never had this delay in my periods before miscarriage. kindly guide me i am freak out.
