-Dear many factors can delay periods like sudden weight gain ,strict diet , sterneous Exercise,hormonal imbalance ,illness ,medications etc so check for these factors as well.
- have serum beta hcg ( blood pregnancy test) to Check pregnancy status .
- if beta hcg positive have antenatal visits and scans.
-report Symmptoms like one sided lower abdominal pain as it need Detailed Evaluation.

- Dear it's better to have blood pregnancy test to Check pregnancy status .
