Missed Periods But Negative Test

Question

I have missed periods. 6 days have passed I feel very tiredness,sometimes bloating,feeling of vomiting but vomiting doesn't happen,sleepy and pain in body but still I did my test it was negative. Why I want to know. Please reply me
