- Dear it would be better if u Would send Me Scan report and Detailed Gynae ,obs ,medical ,surgical ,menstrual history .
- periods were regular or irregular ?? previously heart beat was there ???
- have any medical issues like thyroid and diabetes ???as these imbalances Can be Cause of miscarriage .
- have had any bad obstetric history ? Miscarriage?still birth ?baby Anomalybin previous Pregnancies etc .
- send me detailed history ,scans reports so can guide u well .
- you should have strict check on symmptoms like bleeding ,pain ,smelly discharge or fever to report gynae Emergency .
- if have been treated by any gynae Specialist remains in her Contact and follow her if she knows whole history and have been taking care since start of pregnancy .

U r 12 plus weeks pregnant , if no heart beat , then it’s missed miscarriage . U can go for expectant Managemnt in which case u will have a coagulation profile done , if it’s normal u can wait for a week for spontaneous bleed and miscarriage , or u can go for medical termination by tablets either inserted vaginally or taken orally or sublingually or either going for surgical termination, it’s ur choice, see a gynaecologist for checkup , investigation s and termination if confirmed miscarriage
