I am 18 .I've not had period since 4 months.please tell what's the reason. Please help me out.

u need to c OBG fr essential examination invx and medication-she might ask u to do one full bladder pelvic scan fb LH AND FSH along wth prolactin,testosterone,thyroid profile,HbA1C...now u know tht telling about ur absent cycles merely help-hope u understand the limitations of online consultations...

- Dear u need to have detai discussion on history , Examination ,investigations and then to have treatment accordingly .
- periods can be delayed due to illness ,medications ,sudden weight gain and weight loss ,stress ,hormonal imbalance,strict diet etc .so check on these factors.
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- Complete treatment for any health issue u have .
- daily walk ,yoga and Exercise .
- have less salt ,Suger ,oil and spice in diet and more fruits, vegetables and Juice .
- need to see Gynae specialist to have discussion on history ,examination and then investigations and treatment accordingly.
- have one ultrasound pelvis with full bladder .
- blood tests on day 2 of periods if periods come ( fsh ,lh ,tsh , testosterone , progesterone ,prolectin ,insulin ) .
follow with labs .
