Talk to Gynecologist on Mucus In Urine And Stool

I have mucus threads in urine and stool (not too much , just 1,2 threads) with black color stool .. i'm taking pregnovit also to conceive... so is it dangerous or need to be checked ? Do i have uti? Plus i'm not expecting aswell , is it because of recurrent Uti and doses of antibiotics?

Noted: i'm married for about an year and i've been facing Uti for almost every month or after 1 month.. did many treatments , IV injections aswell.. kindly let me know from these current reports ?
