aoa doctor mein 8 months postpartum hoon It was a cesarean birth and I got IUD fixed around 3 months since the birth meri cycle bohat disturb hogayi thi first 40 days almost saray hoty rhy agay bhi har month period huye although I'm nursing my child too...then after the fixation it still bleeds for 2 weeks recently it's been a month since im spotting/bleeding i feel so weakness in the body.... pls tell me what is it..

If you dont want to take hormones then take capsule risek 40 mg empty stomach and start capsule transamine 500 mg 1+1+1 for 5 days , alongwith ponstan forte 1+1+1 for 5 days .
