you shared this report yesterday . you need to visit your oncologist or breast surgeon with this report and mammogram. they lol discuss with you surgical options like Lumpectomy or Mastectomy +/- sentinel lymphnodal dissection and then further adjuvant treatment after surgery like radiation depeding upon reports . considering your location in Lahore there are multiple options .
