pain bhi hua hy on right side 2 3 din, aur esy lag rha jesy galy main kuch atka hua ho,

jesy so jaye, nausea hony lagta aur ulti bhi ai hy kal rat aur aj bhi,

she also has a history of follicle cyst,

hum pregnancy suspect kr rhy, test kia hum ny but us main abhi result ni aya, it's her 1st pregnancy,

can you please recommend any pregnancy safe medicine for nausea and fullness or maybe stomach upset?
