I am 11 weeks pregnant.. and i have flu and blocked nose can i use xynosine nasal drops in pregnancy?

yes you can use xynosine nasal drops in pregnancy but still I would advise you to avoid. for nasal blockage try steam inhalation and you can take use normal saline drops which is a more safer option
