total cycle days minus 14 days
for example normal cycle is 28 days then on 14th day fertilization is occurring so 3 days before fertilization and 3 days afterwards are fertility window from 10-18th days of cycle

But its not 100% that pregnancy will not occur. pregnancy can occur even after fertility window but in few cases

I suppose first day of new cycle after bath and I calculte 24 Days for the next cycle.In my case which days are fertility days?I scare because i had already three c sections.Thanking u for ur reply Dr sahiba

How old old is your younger child? If you don't want to get pregnant foe long duration its better to use better contraception then abstinence and withdrawal because chances of failure is higher in these two
