Talk to Gynecologist on Necessary Pregnancy Blood Tests In First Trimester

Actually i abort my first baby before 2.5 years due to stop growth in 3rd month .after many pregnancy treatments i concived again now i am now 6 week pregnant but i had brown discharge before seeing gestational sac at beginning of 5 week but now its 6 week baby heart beat come which is 125bmp but still i have brown discharge sometimes brownish bloody discharge .i don't why . i already take folic acid duphaston and progesterone injections 100mg twice a week but no stop discharge. its no to much but i feel slight brownish when wipe after urine .What tests i do for conformation . i attached my pregnancy report .
