Talk to Gynecologist on Need Long Term Daily Contraception - Text Only, Cannot Visit Or Take Calls

Plz guide me. I am so stressed doc plz help. 20F married, rukhsati pending, cannot have pregnancy now. LMP 3 Aug. Contacts: 15-17 Aug partial without condom, no proper protection, 18 Aug with condom after Emkit 1.5mg on 18 Aug, condom burst on 20 Aug, 21 Aug 10 sec without condom then burst and took Emkit 0.75x2 on 21 Aug, 29 Aug burst then 2nd condom used. I don't want to take emergency pill daily, need safe discreet long term daily method at home. Periods sometimes heavy with severe cramps, have low BP issue sometimes, and stress. Migraine with eye pain, photophobia, irritability but NO aura, NO weakness, NO numbness. Cannot visit clinic or take calls. Please guide in text here only which long term daily pill is safer - POP or low dose COC and how to start? Plz guide me I am so stressed plz help doctor
