Talk to Gynecologist on Nephrotic Syndrome, FSGS With Low Ejection Fraction 35%
Asking for Sister, Female, 14 years old, Islamabad
Sakina is 14 year. After suffering from nephrotic syndrome for 5 years, her kidneys had been failed in recently. We have planned her transplant but her ejection fraction is 35%. So please guide us can we proceed for her transplant ? Is there any way that we can raise her ejection fraction . Cause of low Ejection fraction is daileted heart chambers. She takes carvidilol for heart n 3 dialysis per week before it was 2 dialysis/week .
What diet n medication n exercise should we give to sakina to increase her ejection fraction? Is their hope?
