Talk to Gynecologist on No AF - BFN, 16 Dpo

I was on diane 35 for three months. after that this would be my first natural cycle.

No periods, 30th cycle day, I have cycle of 26 27 days mostly. I ovulated as well (prog day 21 was 12.02). lower bck pain, right shoulder pain, leg cramps, (very very mild abdominal cramps). Feel pinches in belly button area. I tested on 13 day past ovulation but strip was negative. I get lower back cramps a lot like my periods will come (from last 10 days) but they are not here.
