Talk to Gynecologist on No Growth And No Heartbeat In 1st Scan

my last period date was 4th sept. last sat I went for my 1st scan in which dr told me about no growth and no heartbeat so she suggest me to wait for 15 days. After 15 days she will do another scan and if the result will be same she will give me medicines for entire I want to ask that should I go with medicines or d&c. which one is the better option ? plz suggest
