Talk to Gynecologist on No Heart Beat In 8 Weeks Pregnancy N Start Bleeding

1 may I had start bleeding and that was my 8 week and in ultra sound there was no heart beat so dr said it is missed abortion and dnc required khr after 2 days its spell out and there was no dnc required in ultrasound it was all clear and after that few days back i have missed my periods from 1 month so i though i was pregnant but after checking it there is single line which was negative and I was also the pcos patient so is there any dangerous for missed periods like cyst and swelling of uterus or should i test again ? my weight is 78 and height is 5,6
