I delivered my 3rd baby today via svd My baby is latching bt there's no milk coming out even I expressed wd manual pump bt not even a single drop came out My breast are soft saggy No milk clogging is being felt. Wt should I do? I breastfed me previous 2 babies n they were also delivered via svd Kindly guide me should I wait or seek some medical evaluation? No history of medical illness or precious hospitalization or Infections
