Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Karachi
I got married back in jan 2019. After my marriage I faced irregular period issue. Visited dr back in Aug’19 she gave me medicine for periods and it become normal till Dec’19 but from jan’20 I am having at a single drop of blood. Can’t visit dr due to current situation. Attaching the prescription she gave me last I haven’t took any medicine from attachment. Kindly suggest what to do. It’s been two days I am taking Hamdard khatooni syrup

- have ultrasound pelvis and blood tests on day 2 of periods ( fsh ,lh ,thyroid function test, prolectin , insulin , progesterone , testosterone) follow with reports if tests done already .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- daily folic acid .
- Complete treatment for any health issue u have.
- daily yoga ,exercise .
- try conception in fertile period of Cycle .
- try to normalize Bmi,weight .
