Asking For Self, Female, 25 Years old, karachi
I am a pcos patient. I have taken the ecp and its been 2 weeks, i did not bleed at all till now. (Not even spotting) negative pregnancy test. Is it normal? And what should i do?

Yes and i did the pelvis ultrasound right now, they say my left ovary has cystic swelling measuring 2.8 cm most likely follicular cyst

you should start seeds cycling for pcos

you should wait one more week and done pregnancy test again if still negative then you should work on pcos first.

Hello. I did the pelvis ultrasound today and it shows that i have 2.8cm follicular cyst in my left ovary. Right ovary shows small follicles arranged along periohary.

follicles are result of disturbed harmoes levels in blood, and PCOS final pathology are these follicles...
these follicles interferes with periods regularity and also in conceiving.
