No Periods But Endometrial Thickness Is 11.3mm

I got my periods on 1 march and my cycle is 28 days but this time i missed my periods doctor did a tvs and said it might be pregnancy because your endometrial thickness is 11.3mm and enlarged uterus but my bhcg is less than 2…i have a daughter of 6 months and she is on exclusive breastfeed

AOA, any history of unprotected ic??? in between ? and 2nd thing is that breast feeding mother's cycle is disturbed. in case if period not coming for 1-2 weeks more please consult.
