I am 29 yrs old married female. I am a mother of a 2 yrs old boy. But since I got married I never felt any satisfaction. My husband foreplay with me before doing the intercourse but still I never feel satisfied. Why could be the reason? My husband tries really hard but still nothing happens. Whenever he tries to do intercourse I always feel discomfort even after using lubricants. For the past few months I am having pain like a virgin during intercourse. I don't have any infection. What could be the reason? How to resolve it? I have insulin resistance for the past 8 years and I am taking Metformin regularly to control my fasting insulin levels. I had C-section at 33rd week 2 yrs back due to Placental Insufficiency and IUGR.
