Talk to Gynecologist on No Show Pregnancy

my last periods date is 15 September i missed my periods in October due date 14 October. i do pregnancy tests at date 17 which show negative i do 3 more tests after a week they show faint positive then i do beta hcg at 27 October which show 348.42mlU/ml hcg level. according to me its my 6 week .i do ultrasound .Doctor tall me nothing show on ultrasound your utras seen empty . i am to much stressed .i concived after 3.5 years .before this in 2022 i concive a baby .but after 3 months its growth stop and i do manual aspiration for terminate the baby. then i take many medicines but concive i do hsg tube test both tubes was open they seen pelvic adhesions.After this i concive in 1.5 month so i faced above problems.plz answer me
