Talk to Gynecologist on No Visualization Of Uterus And Left Ovary In Pelvic Scan?

In pelvic scan,there is no distinct visualization of uterus and left ovary but right ovary like structure is seen,and vaginal canal is present in a 16 years old girl,does it indicate amonorrhea and infertility forever or there is any hope with the passage of time?

uterus is not visualized might be because it is absent. which is a rare syndrome.
and because of it there are no periods and infertility due to absent uterus.

vaginal surgery is done so patient can have normal sexual life but not cure or surgery for absent uterus.

A year ago v consulted a radiologist for the very first time,she said that u should wait until she is 18,may be after that she will be fine,don't go for any further test etc,what u say?

see if uterus is not visualized on ultrasound then we need further testing to confirm the condition of patient. waiting won't help as we have already see her ultrasound pelvis report. if everything was normal in ultrasound pelvis we could have waited till 18 years but now the situation is different.

i know its difficult for the patient and family to accept it but we can't get away from the situation have faith in Allahand go ahead with further testing and consult a good gynaecologist.
