Talk to Gynecologist on No Withdrawal Bleeding

doc i took duphaston from 11 jan till 22 jan. dr prescribed me to delay my periods. my period date was 15 jan and i got spotting on 15 jan for 2 days and then got my periods till 22 while i was taking the pill. would i get withdrawal bleeding now as i bled during my periods and it has been 9 days i left the pill but no bleeding till now. i took pregnancy test it was negative.
