No one can assure 100 % vaginal delivery however it can be tried if favourable. Aim should be healthy mother and healthy baby.

Its dilemma that 100% Normal delivery is safe for mother and child, cerebral palsy is mentally disability is the result of cerebral hypoxia due to prolonged labor, difficult delivery or instrumental delivery. This delivery is traumatic for mother who can enter in complicated issues like fistula urogenital damage. Not always recommended. Nothing is safe 100%.
